One of the board members shall be a victims' rights advocate, and one of the board members shall be a representative of law enforcement agencies. Verification of registration information. Part 4. Registration of certain juveniles adjudicated for committing certain offenses. If the court finds that the juvenile is a danger to the community, then the court shall consider whether the juvenile should be required to register with the county sheriff in accordance with this Part. The Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice shall notify the offender of the Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice's determination and the date of the scheduled hearing by certified mail sent to the address provided by the offender pursuant to G.
